Perugu Development Corporation is the development arm of Perugu Holdings Inc., a family-owned real estate corporation specializing in acquisitions, development, and asset management, all managed in-house.

What began as a single investment in 2011 has grown into a family-owned portfolio of over 160,000 square feet of high-quality, income-generating properties across Ontario.
